Is it possible to place the live level of a steel beam into a framing tag?The reason is purely from a drafting point of view, we need to see some top of steel levels on our plans for certain steel members. At the moment, we have a framing tag which obviously picks up the steel size and then below it we just have a line of text which we type in the TOS levelIt would be better if we could have that TOS level as a live level, so that when we change the levels of the job (which is about to happen), we don't have to go through and retype all of the levels of each individual steel, which also of course leaves us open to human errorAttached is the tag we are currently using. Is this possible please?Thank you

What version of RS are you using? In v2009 you can use beam annotation command to tag all beams with a t.o.s. elev and then when you move it the elev will change respectively. Hope that helps.

Is there a way to add in a symbol with the beam elevation tag? I am trying to transfer firm standards from CAD into Revit and I am trying to find a good way to do joist-bearing elevation (TOS) tags. So far...not so much luck.
