when creating a 280 cavity wall ( 115mm structures x 2 with 50 mm Air Barrier) and join it to a 115mm brick wall with a window or door, line hit the cavity of the 280mm wall from the 115mm wall. See picture attached.

Please could anyone help in fixing this problem. the only way i know how is by using filled regions to cover the lines

thanks

try using join geometrie .

or try using the linework tool ( located next to the match type tool and tape measure icon) set to invisible line.

Hi, i'm sure you did try with "edit wall jons" but in that 280mm wall, did you change the "core"? it's only in the Interior 115mm or you include the Air Barrier?

none of those options work. i can get those lines to go away, if i edit the wall and move the core boundaries out of the structures, but then the cavity around the door changes. as shown in the jpg attached called untitled1.

thanks for the help so far

Normally when this happens to me I can just move the outside wall out then back to the original location and the wall fixes itself.  If that does not work it it probably something in the structure properties box that has to deal with how the walls are wrapped.  I normally only let the outside wall wrap...
