I need my drawing index to reflect sheets that are not actually in my project (aka consultant drawings being created by someone else in another program). Is there a way to add them to my index without creating a blank sheet?

Blank sheets have been the only workaround I've been able to find, other than creating a non-revit table.  I have a letter sized titleblock with just the sheet name and number on it that I use for those.

Have you had problems with these blank sheets taking up a lot of memory?  I'm going to have over 100 blank sheets if I go this route.

It shouldn't make your file any larger. Just make the sheet and delete the titleblock, it will show up in the index still.

I swear I only posted that memory question once - thanks to both of you for your help!
