I'm having a problem with my texture scale in Max 2009 when I export an fbx file from Revit 2009. The texture is always twelve times larger than it should be with real-world scale turned on. The materials work fine if I export it as a dwg and file link it in, but then the textures don't rotate with the object. I could have a wall at 45 degrees and the bricks would be stretched out. Reapplying textures after an update to the model isn't a problem as we have a script for that. I just need a fix for the scale or the rotation issues. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you need to change the units scale of the revit import settings in Max when you initially import the FBX.

Got it, thanks for the point in the right direction. I had to change the scale in the System Units Setup in max to match the scale of the fbx file. I could swear I tried that yesterday but I guess not. Not sure if you can change the scale of the fbx file but this looks like it's going to work.
