Not sure how many people will be familiar with this but..... I'm trying to import a RISAFloor model into revit by exporting to a BIM exchange file in RISA and then updating the project in Revit using the BIM exchange file. The problem I am having is that when I bring the model into Revit, there are numerous structural members that are just being left out for some reason. When I preloaded the missing HSS columns before importing the model they apperared, but some of the other W-Beams aren't being brought in no matter if I load them first or not. If anyone has any experience with this, any help would be appreciated. Thanks

RISA CONTROLS THE REVIT-RISA LINK. SEND YOUR QUESTION, AND YOUR FILE TO RISA AND THEY ARE USSUALLY VERY HELPFUL IN IDENTIFYING AND CORRECTING THE PROBLEM. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH RISA 3D, WITH SOME MEMBERS NOT TRANSFERING TO REVIT, AND THERE WAS A FLAG IN THE TRANSFER DATA FILE THAT HAD TO BE RESET. I BELIEVE IT HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH RISA/REVIT/LINK VERSION I WAS USING.
