Hi My revit subscription allowed on license on my desktop and another on my laptop. I got a new desktop. Whats the best way to get REVIT up and running on it and switch off the license on the old heap (old desktop) ? Any info. is appreciated.

Hi Well if your subscription allows you to run a licencsed copy on both a desktop and laptop, why not just leave a copy on the desktop and install a new copy on the laptop? However if you just wanted a license on your laptop, probably the best way to 'switch off' the license is to just un-install Revit on the desktop machine. But copy your template files etc first. Dave.

I fyou are no longer using the "OLD HEAP" than you shouldn't have an issue. The problem comes whenyou try to run too many licences off the same subscription.
