Hey guys, just wanted to see what the normal procedure for the majority of the forum members is, in terms of receiving help when coming across problems in Revit. Anyone ever try to call in through Autodesk, and are any of you guys partnered with an Autodesk VAR who has helpdesk support? I work with a New England based company that provides constant (and free) help desk support to our clients, and I was wondering how many of you out there are currently using your local Autodesk partners as a help resource. Forums are a great way to get answers to questions obviously, but I didn't know if the users here also had points of contact that they could get in touch with via phone immediately.
