Is it possible to display levels with the title and dimension shown at the end of the line rather than above and below and if so, how is it done? I'd like to show levels in the following way:

Floor Level 2700 ----------------------------------------------------- 2700 Floor Level

Hi, YES it's possible, you can create a annotation family and use them in your project, pick in the Line Level and go to properties and change the "Head" to the new one... see the image and i put a Annotation family to you, edit them and change if you want....

Thank you very much Typhoon. I'm not that experienced with Revit at this point in time but I opened the file and loaded it into a project, which I think is the right way to do it but if not I'd appreciate another explanation of how it should be done. It also only seems to be available from the properties dialog, which again I asume is correct as there is no option to load it directly.

Hi, now what you want to do is: File>load from Library>Load Family and choose the folder where you save the family i send you (must save in "Metric (Imperial) Library - Annottations), after loaded pick in the level line, go to properties and Edit/New, then where is "Symbol" choose the family name you just load to project, that's it.... if you want to change anything go to File>Open>Metric (Imperial) Library - Annottations>Mlevel_Head_-_Circle2.rfa, then change, save and "Load to Project"....

YOU WELCOME (WWhub i don't do other post....)

Thank you my friend this is greatly appreciated. I had already copied the file into the correct folder but didn't know what to do with it from there. You have been of great help so thank you again.
