Thanks to all how read and reply to this. We are a firm new to Revit 2009 and loaded our new sheets to the program. We are having problems switching from our non construction logo to our Architectural seal and vise versa. We have seen it done but have lost our way to finding to routine to make this happen. If you need more info just ask. Thanks all. ZRod

I have done something similar by creating a Yes/No parameter for each condition and assigning the related geometry to each parameter. This will allow you to turn things on and off. (p.s. I don't think this will work for Image files linked in)

Thanks James. The situation I have is a bitmap seal and not real sure how you give it perameters exactly. It seems I can give it that in the edit family area and then once its loaded I can not find the perameter to turn on and off. I have had much bigger things take less time....funny how this stuff is. I'm still learning though.

MAKE THE SEAL A WBLOCK BLOCK IN AUTOCAD THEN IMPORT THAT INTO REVIT USEING CAD IMPORT. THIS WILL ALLOW YOU TO SET UP A PARAMETER TO TURN ON/OFF YOUR SEAL

To clarify the last post, you need to import it into the titleblock family. Make a new generic annotation family. Insert the image into it. Load that family into the titleblock family, add a yes/no parameter called "Show Seal" or some such thing, then apply that paramater to the visibility of the family with the image.

I HAVE NOT RIED THAT BUT IT MIGHT WORK. I WAS SUGESSTING THAT IF YOU HAVE AUTOCAD XREF THE SEAL IMAGE IN TO A CAD DRAWING THE SAVE IT. ONCE YOU HAVE DONE THAT IMPORT THAT DWG. WITH THE XREFED SEAL INTO YOUR REVIT TITLEBLOCK FAMILY. THEN YOU CAN ADD A VISIBILTY PARAMETER TO IT.

There is no need to involve AutoCAD in the process. LIZARD2806's method works just fine.

That wasn't meant as a jab at you, in fact the processes you and lizard described are nearly identical. The only difference is putting the image in a Revit family instead of an ACAD DWG. Both methods will work, but if you use a Revit family you don't end up with nasty little ACAD remnants in your Revit files.

Okay, I got what you are saying about creating a generic annotation symbol which I did with my SS logo but what I'm looking for to complete this is to make it a yes/no project parameter that I can turn on/off with one click for all pages. The way that I'm seeing this in my project is as an instance parameter that is only controlled one sheet at a time. If I'm SS drawings I want to only click this on one time not 50+ times. So can this be made into a project parameter? I'm in R14 Structural.

Just right click on any sheet and pick select all instances. Now turn off this instance parameter.
