Ok, lets see if this works. I am working on a conv. store which will be keeping a portion of its ceiling. I have drawn up the existing conditions but want to know how to break off the demo portion and keep th rest as to remain. Can this be done.

You will have to break the ceiling into two parts. The part to demo and the part to stay. Both should be on existing phase.
