We've applied a fill pattern to a split face and it's coming out very light.  We can't figure out how to change the line weight.  Anyone know how?  Thanks.

I believe all hatches and surface patterns are set by default to lineweight 1.  Perhaps someone else can verify that.

As far as I know WWHub is correct. I have not been able to find a place to adjust the line weight of surface patterns.

That's what it was looking like, except we noticed that the pattern on the stair treads was coming out darker than the same pattern on the floor.

There are some screwy visual things in REVIT.  If a hatch patern is rotated, it will usually appear darker.  Another strange thing - Arial in text will be lighter than arial of the same size in schedules.  There are others but ... it still works pretty well.
