Whether I try to link in an ACAD file or simply import, I instantly get a Fatal Error message qand the program quits out. I have purged and reviewed the ACAD files but they seem okay. Thoughts?

Need more information. How big is your current file? How large is the ACAD file? What REVIT are you on? Do you have the recommended 4 meg of memory? Does the ACAD file have x-refs? Tons of layers? Have you tried to import it into a newly created REVIT file?
