We are having a problem with our callout heads in our dependant views. In a dependant view (the child view), we go to move the head off of other elements in the model so that it is visible, and have noticed that the head moves back to the original location.  We have tried pinning it in place, moving it in the parent view, and everything else we can think of to try.  We also have noticed the same problem in a brand new file that we created, so it may not be directly related to this specific file.

Also, right now we are using RAC2008 (most current build) and do not have time to upgrade the file to RAC2009 until after our deadline this week.

Any ideas or insights, would be greatly appreciated.

If it is a dependent view problem, ....and just a work around .... why not delete the dependent view, fix your callout and make a new dependent view?

We thought about that, but for a project with about 60 different dependent views with 4-10 callouts in each. It just doesn't seem feasible with the impending deadline.  We also tried removing the dependency from the views, but when that happens we lose some of the callouts which are created in the parent view.

Thanks though.

Dan
