lights w/ artificial lights dont seem to light up. they work great w/ artificial only but not w/ both 2009v scheme is set to Interior: sun and artificial

a statement on the subject at hand compliments of Mr. Spot's lecture of rendering " As we've already discovered Sun+Artfical Light images tend to usually render as if there is no lights on even though there is. The technical explanation behind this is that the sun is outputting say 50000 candles of light, the lights are outputting 20 candles of light. Therefore, at 50020 Mental Ray sees no differces in overall light... Hopefully the resolution can be "faked" better in the future." HTH
