I get an error message when i try to change properties of a stone wall on its section/side elevation so that i can make it into a tapered wall it tells me to open in a different view which is the front or rear elevation which is not the view i want to change, can someone point me in the right direction on this please. Thanks

You can't edit a wall proifle in a side view or section view you can only edit the profile in the wall elevation. To make a tapered or slanted wall use in-place wall creation.

In the Modeling tab click create icon then select wall category click solid/ extrusion then sketch the profile of your desired wall in any elevation that you want. Take note a profile must be a close loop.
