Hi all - this has probably been asked already but i cant find anything through the search.

some times when plotting a view with a filled region or surface pattern, a line or 2 will not show up on the plot, its there in the preview and the drawing view. It seem to happen when using a pattern style with vertical lines eg Roof sheet pattern with lines at 75mm centres.

Any ideas on how to fix this as you can imagine it really sicks out like a sore thumb?

What version of Revit are you working? Your Plotter? the settings of printer?

If you are printing raster rather than vector, this can happen.

thanks for the replies

RA 2009 version I have had i happen in 2008 aswell, i have checked plotter setting and they are correct (the plotter is a Canon iPF600 with the following settings - print priority to image [have tryied line drawing/text here], quality to 600dpi & sharpen text on). I have been plotting with raster so i will change that and try again. It doesnt happen everytime thats why i cant be sure of what it is.
