How do I hide the blue circle at the colun axis in Revit Architecture 2009? Autodesk says it is an analytical model symbol from structural, but structural says they have no analytical model and suggested to check our VG and turn off analytical, but no analytical heading is listing. Please view image and advise. Thanks

I just post this in another post but: You can edit that column, select with a crossing window and go to the "Filters" and check if there is a "Model Line", if so check only the model line and delete them...

Go to VV > Check the box "show hidden categories" . Now, when you click open the structural column- you should see the Analytical Model check box. Uncheck.

Hi MGR2820, you have right but in architectural is not "show hidden categories" = "show categories from all disciplines" then, like you said "open the structural column- you should see the Analytical Model check box. Uncheck."

The blue lines and blue dots are just the analyitical models. Refer to above post...their steps show you how to turn them off. It is not a model line...is your analyitical model that is used to transfer to structural analysis programs.

Its your analytical. Check columns, foundation, framing....and also check any links that you may have. If you have a link you will have to check these in the VV of that link as well. Even if its copy monitered your VV settings will either based off the link you are moniering (which you can change) or though your copied model in VV.
