Has anyone seen this error while trying to upgrade to Revit 2009 I tried turning of antivirus software, doesn't seem like that has anything to do with it.

clarification on attachment; this is the actual error message "Installer Information" "Internal Error 2235. ,RuntimeFlags, SELECT 'Component','RuntimeFlags','KeyPath','Attributes'FROM 'component'WHERE 'Component' = ?"

FYI I'm running a brand new dell computer that meets or exceeds all the revit requirement recommendations
