I have a beam that needs to go over a column and frame inline with another beam. I can get the 3D to do this by modifing the start and stop extensions in the construction area of properties. The plan though still shows the beams framing to the column. I cant seem to drag the beams to the exact 6'-0" that the engineer wants. Does anyone know a work around so i can show these two beams doing this with a space in between them that I can dimension to? Or is there a way to override a dimension?
