Please!
This is the issue: I have got a picture of a material that I want to use for rendering on my building. How do I add it into Revit 7.0 material library so I can use it in the project?
Please!

I know little about that.
What I do is save the picture in jpeg or bmp. Then go to setting and click material.
Go into AccuRender and at the top, there are three menu. The last one is Material, click that and click new. Use Default Gray and you will go into Material Editor. There are four tabs. Click the third tab and it bring you to Image Mapping and Procedural Bumps. Click Add under Image Mapping. It will lead you to series of files. Go to the file where you saved your picture in, click the image to open. It will lead you to Image Mapping, where you edit your picture. If you want to make your image size smaller or larger it's on Main tab (The first tab of four). Then save it under User in Material Library. That's all.
I hope that is answer to what your looking for.

Also there's no promise that the image will look great. You'd have to play with it in Image Mapping.

One thing to be aware of in trying to use a picture for material mapping is to make sure that you make a "seamless tile" out of it. Seamless tiles are constructed so that you will not see the "seam" as the tile is arrayed in your rendering. Depending on your image, Photoshop can be used to make the image seamless. A Google search will bring up many tutorials on the subject.
