I attached a dwg of the building's elevation and boxed in the problem area. I tried using a wall sweep but I'm having no luck. If anyone has a better idea or can tell me exactly how to do the wall sweep correctly I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi, you can create this with "Modelling-Create-generic model-Solid Form-Solid Sweep"...
