Having a weird issue with the visibility of glass panels in a bi-fold door in Revit Architecture 2008. The glass appears transparent from one side only (see pics). In 3D perspectives it always appears opaque. I've tried a million changes to the materials etc. to no avail. Could it perhaps be an issue with the wall-hosting? This has got me really stuck - any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Cheers. Pete

Really I'm curious, can you put this door to download to check what a hell is going on?

ProperG, Nice door family. I especially like the parameter for changing the "door opening percentage" for BOTH plan and 3D. I'm trying to make all my doors do this too, but this multi-panel door will make the 3D opening parameter a big challange. (good luck). I found the problem with your door and attached a "fixed version". The problem was with the "opening cut" for the wall. If you pick on the cut opening two toggle-boxes will appear that you can check for "visible in 3D" and "visible in elevation". Neither box was checked in your version. Dano

ProperG, You're very welcome mate. I enjoy trying to solve "family problems". They're like little puzzles. Didn't realize you lived on the other side of the planet. Hope everything is well in Australia. What time is it now? Are you working late? Dano
