It may be too soon for you as a new user but those families would not be that complicated to make. A bunch of extrusions. Maybe a sweep or two.

 

My personal opinion is that everyone should strive to be able to make their own (basic) families. Or at least open an existing family and make a few changes and saveas. I do alot of that from this very site. Download something close then make my changes and save as a different name.

 

Just like we did with blocks and dynamic blocks for the DWG world.
