Im trying to draw some vertical Cable Tray in a sectional view.

Doesn't seem to work!

Pipework/Ductwork does.

Do i need to set up a Plane or there a simple way of doing this!

Are you going for just a drafted section of cable tray or an actual cable tray object?  Try this if you you want an actual object. (They should open in 2008.  Haven't used them in a while, so I'm not sure how well or even if they work.)

Need help? I'm probably in my chat room!

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders. The most famous is never get involved in a land war in asia, but only slightly less well known is this! Never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line!

Cheers.

It's an actual section (run) of tray im trying to do.

It works well in Plan view. I just need to draw it vertically. (iv'e tried in 3D, Elevation & Section)

Thanks for your Families. I'll download and have a try.
