Is it possible to extract the wall's areas of a room?

I need to know the square meters of every room (considering the holes of windows and doors, of course) to calculate the finishes.

Any idea will be very welcome!!!!!! (sorry for my English, I'm from Uruguay)

Thank you very much, coreed.

I was doing it that way, but as the building is very big and complex, I thought that maybe cuold be a way to calculate walls areas from rooms tools, without having to paint each one. Any way, I'll have to keep painting, I guess...

Thanks for your answer.

Best regards,

Martha.
