I'm using Revit 2008 - with a trial of 2009 on my pc too. Is there any way to edit the available tools within the Basics Toolbar? We use one or two more tools very frequently and it would be great to get them onto the Basics toolbar - and remove others we don't use. Any ideas? thanks.

There is no way of editing the Revit user interface that I know of. What I would suggest is possibly creating shortcuts for the tools that you use more frequently so that you just need to click once on your keyboard for them.
