I just joined and tried to download a family-track lighting. hit download button but no file save location dialogue box so I don't know where it went!
Can anybody help?

downloaded fine. Not sure yet wether the lights work?

Hey Ron, this is Hiroshi... we've made a modification to the download tool, it should work for everyone now. Let me know if you're still having a problem.

The download situation should be corrected now. Some pop-up blockers such as the google tool bar and more were blocking the downloads.
I'm testing with the google tool bar, and the downloads are now working correctly it.
