What can be done to fix corrupt files?

We have a file of two parking garages that was going great but somewhere in the process somthing happened and now the file crashes everytime 3d mode is used.

I have installed the new build of structure and opened the file with an audit but it has not helped.

Does Autodesk offer further support?

What can we do?

 Please help

Thank You

Have you tried an audit?

Open Revit. Not the file.

Go to 'Open' then make sure the 'Audit' box is checked. Locate the file that is corrupt, and press open. See if that works.

hi if its the default 3d view that is giving problems i have found if you delete the 3d VIEW then hit the 3D button it recreates the default 3D view and this can help. other options are to use one of your backup files. the other option is if you have subscription log onto the subs site and reguest help there, sometimes autodesk can repair corrupt files.

Thanks to everyone for posting their thoughts.

I had audited the file and installed the most updated build as my first attempts to fix this.

Typhoon: I thought it might be memory too but we tried it on one of our superior machines and it was the same result.

Thanks to KingRevit for the fix.  I hadn't thought about deleting the 3d view and so far it has seemed to restabalize our file.  Nice tip!

 Thanks again everyone
