I am having trouble with the visibility of a link that I have in my drawing. I want the room names to show up from the link, however, when I go to my visibility settings, go to revit links, custom display settings, and annotations, it shows that everything is all checkmarked and visible, when in fact, it really isn't showing. Any suggestions? Please help! Thank you!!

Do the Room Tags show up in the "Reveal Hidden Elements" view (lightbulb along bottom of view)? sorry i only have a question and not an answer...

check the phase in which he rooms were created, they only show up in current phase, so if you are in the "new construction" phase, and your room tags were placed in "existing" then you'd not be able to see the "existing" room tags.

Here, I just learned this yesterday. I will attach a word document that should walk you through this process. Unfortunately all annotative information that is related to this link will show up and to this point I have not figured out how to turn only some of it off.
