Wondering if anyone has encountered this problem.

I am documenting a large project using multiple staff & Worksets. We are using "Keynotes" to annotate the drawings. 2 of my operators are experiencing the same problem. When using keynotes with leaders on (With leaders off alls ok ) the drawing(plans only) will crash when some entities are selected. Whilst I can select the same entities and place the keynote. We have replaced their user copies with new files but the problem continues. Has anyone had any similar issues. Project file is 130mb.

Thanks in advance John A

Have been using keynotes & 2008 on many projects and have not seen this problem.  I bet your problem is a memory issue.  Are these machines the same?
