I am a new user of Revit Architecture. I had used Revit Archietcture 2008 and just learning to use Revit Archietcture 2009. I am now building a small bunglow with Revit. All is well untill I come to beam. Since there are both ground beams and structural beam on top floor. I was trying to use Revit Strcutural Beam but it seems that it has limitation and cannot be used for REinforced Concrete works. What is the right way to place the structural beam into my building so that it appears on my sections? (since I cannot see the beam when I try to use Revit Strcutural Beam and it only appear as a single line when viewed.

Please help!

Hi, i don't think this is because the Revit Structural, i think is beacause you must edit the Beam Family and in the VP must "Tell to Revit" to allow him (the Beam) be visible in Plan, Cut and so one... see image attached...
