I made the attached window family that does not display
the mullions correctly in the plan view.
Please advise

Without looking at the family...
I'd say the mullions are a nested family? Unfortunately nested families will not show correctly cut in plan when loaded into a project. You'll need to use symbolic lines or a nested detail component to represent the mullions.

I figured it out. I had to change the stone header extrusion to not appear in plan/rcp,
that way the mullions and glcurseshow up correctly, just as modeled.
