I have a project that will use stone cladding for the facade of the building. I used wall to generate the parapet and "false beam" to simulate the cladding. the result of this will generate an incorrect volume of walls in the schedule. What method should I use.

i would say an in-place family. make an extrusion and call it a wall. any second opinions?

Yeah, a create-in-place with extrusion, it's more simple and quick or create a family with "Generic Model Face Based", i this it's better...
