I have all of my dimensions drawn in a parent view and they're showing up correctly, however all of my dependant views are only showing some of the dimensions. I have attached an image showing the parent on the left and the dependant on the right. I did a lightbulb on the dependant view and I can see the missing dimensions, but they're grayed out as if they're not hidden. I can click on them and try to do an unhide, but it won't allow it. I don't know if this is occuring becuase I created two different dimension styles changing only the precision? I'm currently using Revit 08'. Thank you for your help in advance.

It's set to on the outer limits of the drawing. The dimensions are within the region.

By the looks of things, it appears that some of your dimensions are disappearing because at least one of the reference points has been hidden. This would explain why your dimensions appear when you turn on reveal hidden. If one of the objects is hidden, it will turn off the dimension. For example: In the first image you posted you have an 8'-11" measurement in the bottom left but on the picture on the let you do not and that is because the wall getting dimensioned on the left is hidden. Try this, make 4 walls and dimension them, turn off one wall and see what dimensions disappear and then reveal hidden and you should have the same affect that you are having with this drawing. You might want to check your dimensions and make sure that they are in fact dimensioning to the correct object. HTH

That was exactly it. I had a lines in front of the wall, and the dimension witness line must have snapped to that instead of the wall. So in the dependant view the lines were turned off, which in turn hid the dimension line. Well at least I know what the problem is now. Thanks you!
