I can see you are using a different material pallete. Is this a new problem? Try to repath your material to the default path (...\Data\Renderingg\assetlibrary_base.fbx) and see if you have the same problem.

Try uploading the assetlibrary_base I've attached. Don't overwrite your copy. Place it somewhere and repath it.

Does your shaded mode appear black also? Check/Uncheck your OpenGL from options, see if that works. What Video Card are you using, does it have the latest driver version?

Hope you are not using a demo version? You can send to autodesk a file you are working on and they'll get back to you. I can't seem to find the errors. I have mine working ok.

If you are using a demo version, it seems your download is incomplete. While reinstalling, you still have to be hooked-up to the internet to download all the libraries. The first time you open the program, that's the time it will redirect you to all the libraries required.
