using 2008. created a wall legend and annotated it with Keynotes. they don't register on the keynote legend set to read the ones on the sheet only. anyone know why there aren't being "picked up"???? any help would be appreciated!!!

Not totally sure, as I'm really just now getting into legends, but as I understand it, the legend is just a drafting view - it's not 'live' information. It KINDA is 'live' in that if you change a family type for, say, doors, then it updates the legend callout. But for your keynote callouts, they aren't truly 'live'. If you called out keynotes off of a wall in the model, then you get the pick up for schedules. Hope that helps.

One workaround I have found for this problem is to create a second keynote legend that does not filter based on sheet (in other words contains all keynotes from the project) and just place this sometimes massive legend on the same sheet. It's messy but it's parametric and it serves it's purpose.
