Match properties (eye drop icon) will only change family or type parameters. When you want to match properties of multiple objects and you want to include instance parameter such as wall height.
1. Hold down the control key and select all the elements you want to change.
2. When they're all highlighted right click and go into the element properties dialog box and change all the parameters.
