What kind of windows do you put in the model? do you change the materials of the windows Family?

It's strange appears like that...

I have just normal windows. Ive only changed the size. It is some that are in our danish library. The big ones in the front are curtain walls.

theres also glass in the window if that is what you mean?

I think you do this: change the material of your windows, put a red color in that to see and look if appears in the model, if so, zoom the model and render, put the image here to see what happen ok?

Ive figured out to change it. I changed the material called "glass" in "accurender" from  _ACCURENDER\Glass\Clear,Smooth to _accurender\Glass\Clear,Rippled, Light

Does anybody know why my renderings dont show the painting i have done on my splitface? I have made splitfaces to make different colours on the wall, but it doesnt show on my renderings?

When you splitface the wall you change the material in that wall? or have the same material the others? you can change the color in a wall but when you render appears the material you did assigned to the wall...

When you use the paint tool it doesnt do anything to the actual wall. Its just like a "outer layer" on the wall.

If you see my attached picture i have used split face to make a like a cross in the wall. I have done this by using split face.

But when i render it this colour doesnt show. And that is not right Smile I want it to show my split face and the painting i have done in it Smile

Yes, i know that, what i'm saying is if you change the materials in those walls (walls with split faces)? not only the color but also the material....

Yup what Typoon is saying is that you probably created a new material to paint with but only applied a colour for the shading I think... double check the material and make sure it has an accurender material applied as well. if you just want it to render with a solid colour etc you still have to specify one from the accurender library - this is the only thing I think it could be.
