The current curtain wall for storefronts has certain adjustments that I am not sure will allow me to adjust the outside vertical mullions to 4" apart from the other mullions. I have looked to see if there is a family/component that I can download, but found nothing. Is there a solution other than having to draw one from scratch? Also, I started to build one from scratch, but found that there were too many constraints when trying to flex the system. I feel like I have hit a wall with this, because I have not progressed further from this system before moving on to other systems in the building.

I'm not sure what you are asking. If you are wanting to move these mullions out from the centerline in plan, you can always create a new mullion definition that has a different offset then the others. Just select the mullion - under properties, create a new one - name it and set the offset to what you want.

the vertical mullions at ends need to be 4", which is different from the other mullions, at 2". How do I achieve that?

Pick them and change them to 4" mullions!
