Use the floor tool and define the boundary of the raised portion of the floor. Then set the Offset from Level to the Height. I usually draw wall type objects to represent the upright supports around the edge of the raised floor. I then use Join Geometry to make sure there is no unwanted lines showing around the edge. I know this is kind of vague, but it is the general Idea.

Thanks!

I add the floor(165mm) by seting the offset of 200mm as i want a clearance of 200mm below the floor for electrical lighting. Now, to define the clearance area of 200mm what should i do?

I'm not really sure what you mean by "Clearance Below the floor." Could you maybe post a screenshot of what you are trying to do or maybe explain in depth.
