Hi, Is this a trick question? Select the reveal or the sweep (zoom closer if a bit crowded) then hit the "del" button. You might want to use the "Tab" button to cycle through your selection, if say you pick something else next to it. Once the reveal/sweep highlights, hit "Del". That should do it! Thanks, Mhans

Not a trick question. I tried that and all it does is delete the whole wall.

You deleted the whole wall because that is what you selected. If you are having trouble selecting the sweep, cross it then use your filter to only select the reveal or sweep.

Hi, It's weird. One thing to find out. Can you pick the wall? Does the tool tip say, Walls and its property? If yes, do as instructed previously. If not, is it a Created solid? If yes, edit the profile. If it's a wall and still you can't remove the reveal/sweep, can you re-create the wall? If not, what are the warnings/errors you're getting? Thanks, Mhans

Your reveal or sweep might be built directly in the wall. Click on the wall, go to properties, edit/new, edit. Now click preview on the bottom and then drop the view(on the bottom left) down to section. Now you can click on reveals and sweeps and delete them from your wall in here. You will be able to see them in the section view if they are there. Don't know if that helped or not? If I understood what was going on.

there is some good advice here. editting the wall properties works (under some circumstances), but I found that it does not work if you manually dropped the reveal on the wall face. What worked for me is cutting a section, then zoominng in on that view and selecting the reveal in my section and deleting it from there.
Reveals/Sweeps is really powerful! Check out the automated way to create them under the "edit type" > "edit sturture" > "modify vertical structure"....for example, you can literally create every raked masonry joint in the wall this way by duplicating and assigning heights....
