REVIT HELP DOES NOT HAVE MUCH INFO. ON WALL TAGS...HOW ARE WALL TAGS SET UP AND HOW DO I USE THEM? FOR EXAMPLE WHEN I TAG A WALL IN MY PROJECT THE WALL TAG HAS A QUESTION MARK BUT IF I TRY TO ADD A VALUE IT SAYS I WILL BE CHANGING THE PARAMETER FOR ALL TAGS?

REVIT's help has a lot of info on tags, you just haven't looked far enough yet. When you pull up tag, you will see a whole list of related help topics. A wall tag is just one type of tag. These are multi-category tags and you can create as many as you need for a project using built in and user created shared parameters. Take the time to learn about shared parameters and multi-category tags because this is part of the power of BIM. Look in help under tag .... tagging with shared parameters ... creating a multi-category tag. You will also need to look at parameters... multiple subjects you need to read here.
