Is there a way to have the mullions join at a 45 degre angle?

Create a corner mullion and only place it on one side of the curtainwall corner. You may want to click on the blue dot on the end of the curtainwall and turn off the join.

I prefer using in place families for my corner mullions that way it works out and looks the way i want it too. Its just a simple extrusion.
