I have a model created previously in Revit Architecture 2008 using imported dwg files to layout the floors. We just got a new set of drawings and when I import the new floor plan I am unable to align it with the existing grid lines? I use the align command and nothing happens after the second grid line is selected. Any idea why?

Have you checked to see if everything is "pinned"?
