I cannot get my grass to render.  I have changed the material to every option in Accurender's Grass Options in the Material Rendering box and they all come out gray like no material is selected or when a material is assigned that is not on the Material's list.

Any suggestions?

Pick in your "object" of grass, go to properties, edit new, edit, then pick in material,  pick in accurender texture and see if appears the material, if not, pick in the library where is your JPG image of grass...

Hi,

I just tried rendering a topo surface and a floor with the "Site grass" material and they both work the fine. Here's a check. Open a new project and do a simple topo or a floor with "site grass" as your material. Then, render and see if it works. If it does, then your problem is you have altered or assign a different material image/bitmap to your grass that is either too big or too small. Check your library setting. Use the supplied grass with Revit and do adjustments from its material library ...material...edit...options.

The wierd thing is the site topography stays gray (even in Shading With Edges View) no matter which grass option is selected for its rendering option.  There are about ten different versions of grass available and they all stay gray.  I start a new project and no problem.  Evidently, there is something about this topo that has skewed the bitmap for all rendering options.  I don't understand, even if the rendering engine is corrupted, why the shading with edges color is also gray.  That is just a tone or fill.  I didn't think there was any bitmap tiled over and over to create the shading color.

I found the problem.  I had selected "existing" for the topo and forgot to change it back.  It is gray because it is existing.  Pardon my stupidity, thank you.
