I have a two story house and i'm currently working on the second floor. How do i get the first floor to show hidden lines lookin down from the second floor to the first.

in the second floor view, type "vp" (for view properties) and in the box, for "underlay", select the level of your first floor.

If you are looking to print the lines below from the second floor, underlay the first floor>use the linework tool and select the desired lines below and change them to "hidden" linetype>then turn off the underlay. All that should show up is the hidden lines. FYI, these lines will not update when things change below, so you'll have to repeat this for any changes made on the first floor. So if this is to be used for documentation, its best to leave it until the end when things are less likely to change.
