I am working on a accessible sign detail that is not to scale (N.T.S.). When I put the detail on the sheet the scale that I am working in shows. Is there a way to override this? There isnt an 'Edit Family' available to me. Thanks!

Hi, From File, Open, select Annotations (from your imperial or metric Library), click View Title and save to another name. Edit your new Title view by deleting the Scale input and replace it with a Text entry instead of Label and write your text, N.T.S.. Select or make a prefered text size from your type selector if you like.

Nevermind I got it. Just had to create a new 'type' in 'Element Properties' in my project. Duh. Thanks!

I'm a little lost on this one. How were you able to create a new type? Where did you do this at ?

In the project browser just scroll down to Families/Annotation Symbols/View Title. Right click on View Title and click edit.
