My Question: Can the linked revit drawings preserved its phasing setting in master site plan?

For example: I have a project with 3 buildings, each I am planning to separately draw them and later linked into a master site plan. however, I need to assign phasing to each and every of the 3 building and will it behave correctly in the master site plan later or shall I do my phasing in the master site plan (which might make my task even confusing)...
