Can I import an Inventor created part into Revit?

It depends on what you are doing. If you are trying to load inventor file I'm not 100% but I don't think you can load it into revit. If you save that file to dwg format you should be able to bring it into revit.

You can export to a .sat file from Inventor and then import/link the .sat into Revit.
