Hi!

I want to know how to paint the walls of my project in the color I want. I have seen in the list when I use the Paint tool that I can only choose Black as a solid color and mane materials but I just want a simple colored wall.

How can I use my own patterns? where should I place them?

Thanks a lot!

PS: I use Revit Arch. 2008

When you click on the paint can, your options bar on the left will show the currently assigned material to this tool.  You can pull-down a menu in that wiondow and choose any material that is in your library.

You can always duplicate existing materials and modified them. From Setting pull-down menu, open Material, clik any materials close to what you need, give it a name, Click acuurender, navigate through the pulldown menus for your library location, folder and materials. They are easy to use. You'll find viewing and rendering in your revit help file.

You can always do a search in the forums for plotting or printing....
